Wow! I was beginning to think customer service was a dying art in America but the employees here treat everyone who walks through the doors like the most important person of the day. They open the door for you on the way in and out, remember regulars and always have impeccable manners. There is always someone there to communicate with you immediately when you walk in and they never act bored, rushed or irritated. We often go to the location over a closer one because of this. Keep up the good work!

These guys are horrible. Their pushy, high-pressure sales tactics are worse than any other location I've been to. Plastic smiles greet you when you walk in, they do anything they can to get you to sit down with them if they think they can convince you. The floor manager perches behind the tellers like a vulture waiting for something to die. They only swoop over when they notice you don't have a savings account with them to point it out to the teller. I avoid going inside unless I absolutely have to.

For a bank the staff there is really nice and they always treat me well. I'll only go here if I have to go inside a Wells Fargo.

Work with Sarah at WFB on Oak Grove Road in Concord.  Best banker I have ever worked with.  Smart, polite, knows what the hell she is doing.   Honestly, I've had to call her on the phone when I've had issues and she just takes care of things with a smile in her voice.   I can't comment on the rest of the staff but Sarah is really excellent!
