Auditors and regional managers are there today spoiling the whole normal  customer service and expediting thing. Such a shame. The employees are all servants now. Expect the stink eye if you go in there and while you are at it, pray for the poor, embarrassed, regular staff. You will not recognize the place. Hopefully they get back to normal soon. The auditors/managers just got through destroying the Rossmoor Branch of any semblance of customer service. I cringe posting this.
