6/28/12 I love this Citibank branch. Everything except the tiny parking lot up front, but that's not really their fault, and there's more parking on the side that faces Round Table Pizza. The ladies in here (I actually have never seen a male employee, now that I think about it!) ~ all the women are really nice. The moment you walk in someone will greet you. Shortly after, IF you have a wait at all, you'll be thanked for your patience and told someone will be right with you. That's nice to hear, especially in a bank - some banks have very slow moving lines. I normally come in on my way to work, at 9 when they open - never too much of a line at this time. They close at 5 M-Th and 6 on Friday. Sometimes I come in near the end of my shift and it's usually quiet then too. I don't know about lunch time crowds. I recently opened a checking account here but have been banking with Citibank through my work for a couple of years. I am responsible for all the fun financial stuff at the office and some weeks I am in the bank more than once making office or trustee deposits. I spend a lot of time in here! We switched from the WC branch to this one after they made a terrible banking error downtown. Since then we have only banked here and I'm glad. The employees really go out of their way to be friendly. It's how all businesses should be run.

Personal banker doesn't know the difference between line of credit and letter of credit.. Gave me a 800 to call and ask. .very sad. Horrible service. Lack of training and uneducated in banking world .Moving our business account from citi.
