I actually got nervous when read all the bad reviews about this branch. Then I have called them to ask a question and the lady answered the phone was very helpful. I haven't experienced their "show" to walk in customers, but at least for now it was 5 star experience for me.

Went in to deposit cash into my son's bank account.  My son lives in another state.  Waited in line, had out of state counter deposit slip filled out.  When I got to the teller, she informed me that they do not take cash, CASH, for out of state deposits.  She asked if I had a check that I could write out for the deposit amount.  Absolutely ludicrous that a bank will not accept CASH for a deposit.

Bank teller was very polite, she mentioned that the banker would be able to meet with me shortly -- 15 minutes later I find out that the person I had been waiting for until now just went out to lunch and it would be another 30 minutes. After burning my entire lunch period, I got absolutely nothing done. Nice people, but not expedient or competent.

I have been fed up with Bank of America for a while I went in to close my account got a survey in my email did the survey I then got called by the branch manager two times and harassed over the way I filled out the survey I meant it then and I mean it now leave me alone you want a better survey get better customer service

Very rude staff.  Was very demeaning and not helpful.  I can see why the rating is so poor.
