I have been banking with Union Bank for over 15 years now. This branch actually has always had great customer service and fast responses to any issues. Have only had 2 major issues, to which they solved immediately. Friday afternoon lines are minimal because they actuallu several tellers open and attending people. Unlike other banks. Good branch. They are currently remodeling the drive thru, which is a bummer, but I know they are working on a better system.

I've been to Citibank. I've been to B of A. I've been to Washington Mutual which is now Chase. I've been to Fullerton Community Bank that got bought by Opus. I've never been completely satisfied with any of them so I was hesitant to make another switch, this time to Union Bank. I am extremely happy I made the switch. This is the first bank I've been to that calls me by name, smiles and offers the best customer service I have ever had at any bank. Chris Vasquez is the man to see. Everyone else is very courteous and professional as well like Yessenia and Gilda who always have the brightest smiles to greet me whenever I walk in. If you're looking for the best customer service, be sure to switch to Union bank and meet Chris Vasquez for a very professional and pleasant experience!
