This branch is scum. The branch manager is a joke and uses inappropriate language.  I walked out after how they treated the lady in front of me.

Had an issue another WF branch could not/would not assist.  This branch took care of problem immediately and made sure all concerns were addressed.  Appreciate the time their managers and tellers took to understand the issue and resolve in a 100% satisfactory manner.

When I deposit a check on the ATM, the money is never available right away. If it's deposited after 8 or 9 pm I have to wait a whole day for the money. It's a pain having to wait to go in, and there is always a line. They are too personal with their questions and that takes longer to help each person. Overall very frustrated with this bank.

Just another big bank. Service here is impersonal and the fees are exorbitant. The staff was less than helpful when I requested to close out my accounts, but I'm glad I did!
