Horrible service by A woman named ZONA she gave me trouble with my check because I was of a different skin color !!! Decided to go to a different navy fed in Grossmont and no troubles there. First and last time going to the one in Santee.

Over the years I have used different banks and Credit Unions, but I finally tried NavyFed, referred to me by a family member.  I have to say that I haven't had a better experience.  From setting up my original account,  depositing a check, to opening up a Business Account.  Everyone has been nothing back super helpful and knowledgeable.  First time setting up a Business account, Kate was extremely helpful and gave me great advice on what kinds of accounts to open depending on the services I needed.   Rarely do I leave a bank more knowledgeable about something, then when I went in.  I have been recommending this Union to everyone I know.  Thanks Navy Fed for great services...

Had to cash a check here once and the staff was super friendly. There was a really long line but it was also a Saturday morning
