Horrible service. The supervisor, Karen, was very rude to me. I believe she might be a racist. There was no need for her nasty attitude because of a GOOD check I wanted to deposit. I have more than enough funds in my account to cover the check. Also, there are often long lines and not enough teller windows open. Many employees are just sitting at their desks with no customers while 2 -3 windows are open and the line wraps around. This bank and its staff needs major improvements!

30 minutes waiting .. Ridiculous! 
Only 2 tellers . 3 account people at desk and don't care to help . Unbelievable.

Steer clear !! Freezes checks for no reason and they will not tell you why. They will give you a number to call instead of answering your questions in person. Stay away!!

Every time I have gone to this bank, there are a lot of people and just 2 window cashiers open, no matter what day or time. I can see some of the bank staff behind the cashiers that are just chatting and doing nothing. But instead of opening another window they just ignore it.
The other personal in the little stands are just sitting there doing the same, nothing!
Today I went and they installed in front of the other windows 2 ATMs!!
Are they trying to have an excuse to don't have any more windows open?
Who knows but the tellers are very slow and chitchat a lot with the elderly instead of keep the people waiting in line moving.
It is very frustrating and annoying.
But unfortunately the other location in Hemet is the same. It takes 15 or more minutes to be able to take care of any business. It is not pleasant but frustrating.
Today I went there, I have always deposit my checks without any issue. Today the teller told me "she needed her supervisor" they were looking at the screen and typing. The supervisor, Karen(I think that is what the other employee said), came, did not said hello or introduce herself like in other branches do it. Then she said "you work for them?" pointing at the check. "Why they are paying you for?". I said "what does it matter?" Is there a problem?. She said:"I need to know what they are paying you for?". She did not need to know. Besides it is a memo in every check. Besides they were listed as my employers. So whay she was so freaking rude and asking me stupid questions?.
When I requested her name, the other employee said: "We are just making conversation". Excuse me but that was not a conversation, she was demanding and interrogating. This are some rude arse employees.  I am sending a letter to corporate offices. But probably they won't bother doing anything neither. I had an issue with a employee on the phone few years back when she curse me out for no reason because it was a New year's eve party at their offices and I guess I was taking too much of her time asking her questions and she was drunk and partying and  no one even replied nor apologize for the incident neither follow up. Bank of America is definitely loosing my businesses.  These employees don't realize that thanks to people like me and my money they have a job. Shame on them!
