The bank teller disclosed the balances of my accounts to someone I appointed to make a deposit. They also disclosed the existence of an account I wanted to keep private. This also happened at the Chesterfield location as well. The "helpful" teller wrote the balances of the accounts on the deposit slip thus also disclosing the balance and the existence of another account to an employee.  
Other than that the bank is pretty good.

this is the worst branch I have dealt with.  First, they don't answer phones...so you have to go into your local branch on Lindell.  I went in today and the counter clerk denied that I had an account even though I knew I had it.  I asked to speak to a manager...he found the account but not until I had spend 45 minutes there.  Just ended up withdrawing my account over frustration.  I can go to PNC and getter better service.  Close the bank on Lindell and do us all a service
