My phone experience with this location was pretty good. Provided me all the information quickly i required. 

I will go to this location and update my review when i meet them in person.

As of today I am happy with my experience.

I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes to make a deposit. I'm in my third trimester pregnant and getting hot flashes waiting in this line. For it to be a Saturday they a poorly staffed and no one is greeting or even apologizing for such a long wait. Poor customer service.

There were about double employees in the branch than customers. As most of the free ones chatted it up on the corner with the supervisor, I sat in the lobby for about 8 minutes before anyone said hello other than the teller so I just sat there and listened to their personal conversation. The teller couldn't help and I really needed the replacement card - if not I would've left. Smh

Mary was nice once she finished with her customer and quickly helped.

Crap. Lori Callahan set up my account a few months ago, I am a student, so I wouldn't get monthly maintenance charges and that's what we agreed upon, and I still get them! I called and of course she doesn't even work there anymore. I'D RATHER GO TO ANOTHER BANK that doesn't make it impossible for students to have a bank account. $12 monthly maintenance charge for someone who is already broke IS NOT COOL.
