Been here about an hour. On the same chair waiting and waiting and waiting. Where is my help???? 3 bankers on Friday with a branch manger that can't do a damn thing to help. Nice.

I want to RAVE about the customer service I just had at the Wells Fargo in PINEVILLE! AVICE KOFFI gave me amazing customer service! She listened to what I needed and fixed everything on my account. We need more people like this working because she truly made it an amazing experience and it makes me want to go back to the Wells Fargo in pineville instead of the one that I live by. Not only did she attend to what I needed she PAID so much attention to my daughter, she went the extra mile for her and I do appreciate that at a business stand point!!! THAN YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND SERVICE, I will be back!!!!

wow Jackie at Wells Fargo Carolina Pl branch saved the day..we are so grateful for her help and assistance of the whole staff...we needed something done out of the box and they all delivered....awesome staff....thanks very much xoxox

Been here 3 times and yet they still  could not fix my problem.
1st. Time I waited 2 hours to see someone and it was not busy. 
2nd. Waited a hour to see about a secure  card, they took my 300$ and took a month to get the card. They had the correct address and I was never told I had to go pick up the card at there location. The Banker that helped me was at concord. Had to drive there to get my card. Yet I did my paperwork here......
3rd. Time my secure card was not working. Went to go see them about it. They went and issued a new card....which took 2 weeks. I ended up paying the monthly fee and didn't get to use the card for a month and a half.
