My husband and I currently just moved from Green Bay, WI today we decided to check out banks in our area to see what was best for us. This was by far the worst stop we made I'm all about first impressions the three ladies at the desk looked like deer caught in headlights. There was no greet or smiles very rude and unprofessional, you can feel the negative energy walking in there.

 Need to work on telephone skills . I called the bank for the first time after moving from Rock Hill SC and talked with a very rude teller . I always had pleasant experiences at my former First Citizen Bank .

Rude as hell!!! Called in to ask about setting up account since I'm shopping for a new bank banker was rude for no reason at 10am, not busy at all parking lot empty and nasty as attitude
