Oh my word!!!!! NO ONE will cash a check written on an acct with this bank, not even check cashing places. I had to drive 25 minutes up the road. drove around the place four times to find a parking spot. Go inside and the line is literally 25 people long. Two tellers on a Friday. 45 minutes later I FINALLY make it to the teller, only to be bombarded with her telling me I need to open an acct. It literally took 15 minutes for the teller to cash a $500 check. An hour after walking in, i finally walk out. OH! THEY CHARGE YOU $8 to cash a check if you don't have an acct with them. I'm getting a checking acct., but not with these crooks!

Extremely difficult to get a response on the phone. AFTER MONTHS OF ATTEMPTS, I have not yet gotten an answer from this location on this line. Why?  That amounts to a form of POOR or INADEQUATE customer service. I say again, "Why?"
