slowest chase branch I ever been to in the 20 year I been with them. even for simple things like a temp card. the person bankers either talks too much or too slow. they need to a new staff. the manager is helpful but she can't do it all.

Every other bank is open today!Closed due to weather????? What weather??No snow or ice. Yeah it's cold but this is ridiculous. The wait times are usually long. Good thing you have so many ATMS at this location. Definitely will be switching banks. Customer service has declined a lot since switching location.

Despite of the reviews they leave visible, this particular branch is not all that. There is one beautiful young lady in here that is really nice all the time and makes you feel welcome even if you want your own money out of your own bank Account.. She's middle eastern I believe.  Any who there's one lady last name Acosta who looks at you crazy no matter the request. I'm never coming back. Also they never answer the phone don't ever need to call, my gosh they will not answer!!

I drove past 3 Chase locations today because of the great reviews and it was worth it! Great customer service, no wait time. Set up a new account with no stress. Monica was an amazing rep!
