Wonderful friendly staff!! Sometimes they are super busy but don't let that deter you. You can tell they realize they are busy and try to get you in and out as fast as possible while still providing exceptional service. The teller Christina (there are two oddly enough, but the one with reddish hair, white lady) is extremely helpful and super nice. She might not always smile but she is very efficient and will always do a great job. Fast and through!!! Love her!!

I've called on several occasions. The customer service reps never know anything and have to place you on hold to find out. Even for the simplest of questions. They are also terribly, terribly rude. Don't bother emailing them either because it will take at least a week to get a response.

Great, I have no complaints. The fact is that the staff and credit union are exceptional. I felt that they were working for me.

Onsite banking is okay - friendly and helpful - however they have real PROBLEMS keeping their ATM working, especially on weekends and HOLIDAYS. This is an ongoing problem - sometimes better for a while, and sometimes much, much worse. They need to work diligently with their ATM service provider to overcome these issues which are typically worse over holiday weekends, when most people have a real need to use the ATM.
