Walked in unhappy with another bank, and Shelia made us feel at home instantly. My 17 year old needed new accounts and she gave excellent service explaining every detail. Very friendly unlike her previous bank. Our 17 year had a problem and the other bank argued with her instead of solving her problem. Young people need guidance not pressure to feel the problem is their fault when in fact, it was the bank's call center.

I've done business with this Bank since 1983. The Staff is Knowledgeable and Very Friendly. I started Banking with them on Panola Rd, Lithonia, then to the City of Lithonia, then to Conyers.
