Awful customer service especially for someone who has been a customer for 10 years. All I came for was a withdrawal and the teller gave me the most difficult time to receive MY money. Not sure where others do that at. To make things worse, she has a conversation about my account in front of the "Lead" teller Brian and decides to not include me in the discussion. I had to ask what was the issue and I received one of the more disrespectful answers I have heard in a while. Learn to treat your loyal customers the correct way because there is plenty of competition who is more than obliged to serve me.
