atm not working for almost a month now. next bank of america almost 20 minutes away. horrible service, completely unacceptable. whos gonna refund me all that money i had to spend on other ATMs? just terrible

Been a customer for over 7 years and I hate coming to this dam bank.. They only have 2 dam lines open every time I come in there.. Like y all know people do get paid on a Friday and everybody and they mama is going to be in the so why have a line of people lined dam near to the the receptionist desk? Why BOA?!? You lost customers like this.. is a dam disgrace that yall cant find any help to help ypur company out.. i know im not the ONLY one complaining.. I dam near spent an hour and a half in line til I just gave up and left.. SERIOUSLY HIRE MORE HELP..

This place is always so busy if you are going to be open on an a Saturday have more staff. For a replacement debit card I had to wait 45 minutes this is ridiculous and a card it takes 5 minutes.

thanks to falecia very rude person where do you get off telling me how to write my own name if you cant socialize with people why are you working in a bank glad i didnt open an account with bank of america thanks to your rude employees
