Um I LOVE the other PNC'S, but this 1 I have only been inside 1x & the male staff that I encountered wasn't that friendly. There's 1 atm & it's in the 1st lane in the wall. There's always people walking around the street there too.

Began banking here out of convenience as it's close to my house. The bank itself is a decent institution. The branch is okay. The bankers are friendly and knowledgeable. The tellers are usually well manered but every now and then you may get a bad apple. Sometimes the security guard on duty annoys the bank customers. The old man security officer used to annoy me with lots of personal questions. And another time they had a different security guard asking everyone to remove their hats and customers were very annoyed about that, myself included. I try to only use the ATM.

I have never had a problem with PNC since I joined. I usually go to the one in Wesley Chapel. However, I was down in the Temple Terrace area and decided to deposit my money through the drive thru. I gave them a specific amount in cash, and they told me I was missing 20$. I counted it three times in front of the camera's, out loud. When I walked into the building, I over heard the teller say "Oh S***" and I knew right there something was fishy. Now I am in this big ol mess with the regional manager over someone possibly stealing 20$ or messing up a transaction with another customer.

For some reason they make a transaction from my checking into my savings. It's not that it has happened only to me I know many people who have been duped of their money due to Bank Atlantic's illegal transfers
