Very poor customer service from management and staff. I was the only one sitting in the lobby after logging into kiosk and was made to wait. Manager sat in his office and two crew members were in a separate office playing around while I sat. Only once others came in seeking assistance was I called back just to find out that the services I needed could have been handled at the kiosk. I have called in a complaint to Michael McKinsey or Mcklinzey...he did not make me feel confident that he would handle it correctly since I had to ask him if needed the location for which I was calling about. We shall see

I rec'd a fake $100 bill from the onscreen operator. I was actually taking money off my GTE to deposit to my primary bank so of course my primary bank wouldnt accept. I returned to GTE less than 15 mins later and the agent working here, Gabi, was completely rude and acted like I was in the wrong. Had me sitting here wasting my time on a Saturday and just extremely unsympathetic. Terrible customer service, no changing table to change my kid in their bathroom, just ugh! Needless to say, I wont be returning and I'm considering not banking here any longer.

I've had good and bad days here but the good always outshines the bad. Friendly people and very professional. Keep it up
