Absolutely the worst bank imaginable.  The first problem is they operate like its 1975 and everything is pen and paper.  Online banking for loan payments is literally non existent.  If you want to manage your account, you have to call the bank, leave a voicemail for your loan officer who never answers his phone, and wait two weeks for them to call you back only to say he doesnt even know who you are.  I have no way to manage my account other than this method.  I send in a payment and they dont even run it for almost two weeks.  The check sent directly from my bank from billpay is rejected half the time, and then they report you to Transunion with no notification!  What great customer service!  Do your research on this bank and you will see reviews all over the internet of how terrible this bank is.

Very happy with this bank. I have had my share of bad experiences with banks and somehow I have never had an overdraft here. I do stay on top of my finances and despite keeping minimal funds in the bank and going negative occasionally, then making the balance positive within a day somehow I have not encountered a problem. I am very grateful! Friendly community atmosphere too :). The parking lot needs work but I don't care how the outside looks. It is far more important to have a good banking experience!

This bank is in ancient times. I feel like I should be riding my horse there and securing to a post, before I go in. The reason is they are NOT ONLINE, they purchased my loan on my car from another bank. They have me a payment booklet. REALLY, I don't have time to waste having to show up in person to pay it all the time. Get with the times.
