I have to say... I walked into this bank after being made aware that my bank was closed by the government and I was in total surprise.
First Citizen was the bank taking over all the accounts. These people are so nice.
Its like being back in a small town bank with folks that care.
Thank you so much.

Been working with this bank for a very long time.  Started with branch off of Shallowford in Marietta.  Know most of the folks at that branch.  Purchased an office condo up the street for my business and loan went super smooth.  

Now I live closer to branch in Woodstock and everyone one there are very nice and go out of their way to help you if you have any problems with anything.

If you are a small business owner or self employed, you won't get better service anywhere.

Dirty lobby it has a strange odor. The tellers where less than friendly. I bank with first citizens bank. But I will not be returning to this branch.

I have been a member of this bank since it was Iron Stone. The staff are extremely friendly. They know me by name and have always been very helpful.

I am partner in a LLP and we have our accounts with FCB.  They have worked with us re: loan, checking and savings accounts including remote deposit.  Excellent services.
