Got a bank manager there who wouldn't take a fee off even though the teller said "ATM transactions count toward your 10 transactions per month."  That was false.  So when I told her of this, she gave me a textbook answer about how Wells Fargo sends out the conditions of accounts with monthly statements.  So 30 minutes later with 3 phone reps helping me and 2 others at the Barrett Parkway location got me the fee back and I was finally able to close my account. I'd rather slam my head and penis in the door than deal with that cunt again. So glad I ditched these inept people. 1 person, Angela, could have easily fixed this in 5 minutes or less (the guy at Barrett Parkway location had my account closed in 3 minutes).  Because she sucks big hairy horse testicles at customer service, she made 5 other Wells Fargo employees do her job for her. What a cunt.

Terrible customer service here!! My business has been with Wellsfargo for over 20 years from when it was Wachovia. I walked in to this brach to simple get change which we do everyother week, I happened to go to this location because my daughter has a class over that way. The teller asked me if I had an account with them, I said yes. She asked for proof which none of the other Wellsfargos ever ask me for. I didn't carry my purse in because I was just going in and getting out quickly so I thought. She then asked me for the name of the business, which I gave her. She couldn't find it, so she turned around to the manager to ask for help and says in a smart tone "I can't find the business and she "says" she has an account here" and the manager said "if you can't find it she can't get change". The manager was just leaned up socially chatting with another teller. She didn't say ask for a tax ID number or social. Nothing! Is that the way a MANAGER solves a problem. I can see why this manager has such bad reviews. I did end up getting the change because she put my business name in incorrectly. Then today I realized the rude teller charged me for the change without saying a word about it! For 22 years I have never been charged for change. This location definitely makes Wellsfargo look bad. I have a personal account with BOA way better customer service!!! Will never return to this location now I go the BOA up the street!

This bank sucks its like Friday at lunch time they have the drive up atm closed for service. You would think they could do it first thing in the morning. I think it was a really bad idea to close the Rose Creek location I had banked there for many years and never had problems there. This bank is always crazy busy and the ATMs are always down. I'm going to go to Chase Bank. Wells Fargo is going down hill fast..

The teller was very rude . On my last visit he complained to us about being the last to know that the bank was not closing early as previously discussed. Very poor customer service. I will never stop there again

Sometimes the ATM is closed for service or it is out of 20 dollar bills which is weird. It is a bank should always have money in the ATM.
