I strongly discourage doing business with Comfort Plus. We ordered a couch in store. Rick told us it would take 1-2 weeks. He then proceeded to write 2-3 weeks on our invoice. He backtracked and gave us a dodgy answer when we asked about that. After 3 weeks and no word, we had a really hard time reaching Rick. Once we finally got ahold of him, he was rude and short with us, and gave us the runaround for another 2 weeks. It turns out that the manufacturer was running behind. All we would have liked was some proactivity on Rick’s part, telling us that this was the case. Due to the long wait and issues with the process, Rick agreed to refund us the cost of delivery and tax. The day that Rick’s employee finally delivered the couch, which was more than 5 weeks after we placed the order, he showed up by himself. I had to haul the couch up to the second story with him. I have no idea what he would have done if I were not a young, fit individual. I guess that by having Rick agree to refund delivery, he really meant we weren’t getting real delivery. We have spent the past month plus trying to track down Rick, because he still has not refunded us. I have called regularly over the past month and in the one instance that I got Rick on the phone, he told me that he thought his wife sent the check and that he would follow up and get back to me. That never happened. I have called, left messages, spoke to his employee Dave who told me that Rick would call me back, and I even went by the store last week. The storefront is completely empty and there is no updated address online. Their phone number still works, and I even got a text from the number the last time I called saying they would call me back. The lack of customer service and complete dishonesty is incredibly disappointing. All of this from a guy who spent the majority of our time in the store and on the phone going on about his reliance upon referrals and good customer service. I would still love to see a refund, but feel that I was lead on and that Rick never intended to honor it. Avoid this place and shop somewhere that is honest and legitimate.

Rick helped me with my purchases, very satisfied with the service provided by Comfort Plus, he gave me my options and did not try to pressure sell me at all, definitely returning for more furniture.

I loved going to this furniture warehouse. They have a very clean showroom. I bought a single size mattress, bed frame, and a 2 dressers. They gave me an excellent price and delivered my furniture the same day.

Purchased a dining room set, couches and a mattress. The items arrived on time, and appear to be the same quality as the other big box furniture stores. My wife and I love the mattress. The couches are very comfortable, and the dining room set is solid and stylish. Will purchase from again.
