After the family have been going here for years, the company doesn't back you up when you need it most. Causes thousands and thousands of dollars to be spent. Very poor clinic- I'd recommend a clinic in a dangerous area before these guys.

I've gone here for several years and am spoiled. When you call this clinic, you actually hear a person on the other end of the line. Appointments are made quickly and I don't think I've ever waited to go back to a room more than ten minutes. Great staff from the office to the techs and nurses and doctors. I always recommend them when someone says they're looking for a new primary care doctor!

Got medically retired from the military. They were on the Tricare list and I tried to get to see a doctor for the problems I have been having. They told me that "they don't prescribe pain medications" and treated me like I was a crackhead then hung up.

I am happy to say that I will not be looking for another clinic nor a doctor, Dr. Reardon is one of those kind hearted, caring, easy going and of course easy on the eyes doctor , he is a good listener, he doesn't rush out of the room like some of them other doctor's that seem to be just way to busy , he enjoys his career which makes a big difference, and he is working for Baptist Health Family Clinic which in turn makes it a 5 star rating in my book. Just can't get better than that when it comes to your health care needs.
