Who goes to an ER and doesn't see a Doctor? Twice now, once for my daughter who was diagnosed with a non-displaced fracture of the nose. Immediately made an appointment with her ENT only to find out her nose was not broken, and it was even said in the Radiologist notes. Yesterday I was injured on the job and needed to have my hand checked out. The only time I left the waiting room was for X-Ray, again never seeing an actual doctor. I understand APRN's are very competent but I go to the ER to see a Doctor and get the issue fully checked out. If I wanted to see a Nurse Practitioner I was pay a lot less and go to an urgent care.

Last month (the week between Christmas and New Years) my grandmother was admitted to the ER via ambulance. Although it was a very stressful experience, the staff - from the ER doctor, to the front desk support, to the janitor all gave superior customer service.  Each employee that I came in contact with had excellent bedside manner and were so accommodating to me and my family.  Job well done!

It has a friendly staff that works here it's a very clean medical center their service is very prompt and quick. There is plenty of free parking it also has a pull up service for emergency/handicapped persons the only thing I didn't like it the seating when they get full others would have to stand till a seat comes open they have about 20 seats in triage.

The nurses were nice but as soon as I got in the back. The doctor showed no help and I am 5 months pregnant. They basically sent me home with the same symptoms I came with and I’ve had for several months. The Primary nurse that took care of me was rude and asked questions that were way more personal than a doctor should be asking. The doctor didn’t even show up in my room.

Doctor had very bad bedside manners. If you dont enjoy your job retire or find a new one. Because patients aren't getting the compassion or care that they need. Wasn't very helpful. Will never go back. Nor take my family members here. Had little concern for my health problems. Er is slow. Employee taking blood pressure and the employee putting notes in the computer had an attitude. Very poor service.
