I came here on a busy Sunday morning. They were very kind in informing me there would be about a 2 hour wait. I was ok with this because they let me know while I was signing in. The woman at the front desk was really nice. I saw Dr. S. (Can't spell his name) he was fantastic. Had all kinds of great energy. He comes in the room making you smile.

I visited the Urgent Care center on a Sunday morning. No one was in the waiting room and they called me back in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Dr White had a calm and caring bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location very highly.

I went here after a horrifying experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was constantly running a fever, nauseous, and vomiting, and unable to sleep. My oral surgeon completely wrote off all my symptoms and was unwillingly to provide any help. The staff here was so kind and quick to help. There was virtually no wait. It was a very clean environment. And less than 12 hours later, I am feeling much better and am finally able to sleep. Even with a blood and urine test, I was in and out in less than an hour and was able to return back to my normal life. This is the best urgent care in the Louisville area by far!

we have had to run our kids over here a few times they are great. they get you in fast and actually spend time asking what's going on and looking over their patients. highly recommend

Friendly staff and they didn't waste any time getting me signed in and seen!! Best urgent care I've ever been to!
