I have been in the same house for 22 years and I suddenly get a letter from her stating that she is canceling my insurance because something to do with my tiny little deck around back. 
How does she even know anything about my deck and as far as I know my deck is fine.  
 I've never made a claim on this house.  
 My friends are wondering what the heck... they have had the same insurance agent...like me for 25 years and they said their agent does not come out and walk around their house who does that???? 
She's also expensive,  I just went online and found out I can ensure of my tiny little house for way less.
  If you think getting insurance on your house is a simple thing well it is and less you go with Barb young

As my new insurance provider, Barb and staff have been extremely helpful in providing me with the lowest cost solution to my needs.  Called several different companies and State Farm was by far the cheapest.  Would definitely recommend!

I would strongly suggest a different insurance agent. Constantly sending me mail is not a good marketing strategy. I'm not sure if it's you or a marketing agency you hired. Anyway you deserve 1 star.

I've been dealing with Barb and especially her Office manager for many years. Very professional and know their stuff. Great agency to have in the Ann Arbor area!
