Jim Storm is always very helpful and usually has my insurance needs taken care of immediately!  Cant beat the price for auto and homeowners!

I agree with the last review.  When I initially contacted them for a quote, they seemed pretty nice.  But four days passed with no response, no quote. Obviously this company does not think it's worth contacting the customer even if they cannot provide similar insurance at similar price.  What kind of business strategy is that?
