Always had pretty good service.  Wish they could hold on to agents longer.  Been through four of them already.  Hard to aquiant yourself with new agents all the time.

Don't ever ask them for an E.T.A. they will yell at you and then hang up the phone. If you want someone professional, shop around, this is not the place for you.

Took forever to answer a phone, then said they were busy.  My basement had a water pipe break and they wanted me to wait.  Loved the Insurance company Grange.  They do a great job but find a better agent for sure.
