Tons of fun! And the food there is pretty awesome...tons of vegan friendly options surprisingly. The crowd is easy going and drinks are quick. All around a good time..parking is scarce but that's Jersey City for you.

I guess our group didn't know what we were in for. The beer selection was okay, but the service was spotty.
My girl said it was hot, dark, and loud... Which it was, but it didn't seem to bother me.
I wasn't a fan of the token system. Why not use quarters? Is the margin the low, that a token system where I can't walk out with my extra coins breaks the bank?
Some games were down, but that probably changes over time bad on the repair schedule.
Just seems like a one time price at the door with free play on the machines would be better. IDK.

I liked the service and the many selection of beers that my friend tried. The lady who made my margaritas did a nice job! Also I love the arcade games :)

This is a very cool spot. My experience with management on July 1st was not so good. The manager grabbed my full drink but I caught him in time. He took offense to being told to look at the drinks before he touches them. He became emotional and told me he was going to get the bouncer. I advised him that he didn't need to hide behind the bouncer. It was a customer service issue that he wasn't equipped for. Later he sent a bouncer to grab my  girlfriend's drink. It was on purpose to get back at me. We approached the manager and called him on it. He got a bouncer who was cool and looked understanding. The entire staff has probably seen this before.

To the manager: Check your emotions at the door when you come to work. Also, don't run to your security team to handle customer service issues that you are not emotionally able to work out. That puts them at risk as well as diverts them away from the things they should be watching. 

To the owner: This manager needs to be wearing a diaper and a tampon when he's on shift.

Awesome beer selections and good bar snacks. Best of all, great arcade games to give you that amazing nostalgic feeling. One of my favorite places in NJ. Go before 4pm and you'll have the place mostly to yourself and they have amazing happy hour deals on food and beer!
