After my son had ordered a book that they had not in stock. They called me to let me know that my book had arrived and would be waiting for me at the cash register. Pickup was smooth and easy went to the register told him my name in the book and I was out within seconds. They make ordering books very easy and I appreciate that as we  all know life gets complicated.

Still one of the very few places where you can browse books and magazines. Like to be able to sit at the Starbucks and read a good book with my son.
You can also have very good advice from the staff on good reads. 
The prices are not always as cheap as Amazon but I prefer the experience here for sure much more than just online.

Very nice inside and out. In a ritzy shopping center. Has a cafe inside. Its a poke-gym and it has some reading materials

The cafe shuts down 30 minutes before closing; if you’re hungry for a treat or pastry to go with your coffee or just to go, its not available. 

Its a strange custom of poor customer service; where I’m from, anything offered on the menu is available up until the minute of the posted hour of closing- by law. Cleanup happened after the customers left- very disappointing experience.
