I'm so happy with my new car! I went into the car buying process stressed about having to make such a big decision. But, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Once I sat down with Frank and we started talking, he made me feel really at ease. I felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable peer and not a stereotypical car salesman. He gave me real and honest answers to all my questions, and I asked a lot! They broke down all the financial stuff for me so that we could work out a payment that I could afford. I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision and that I didn't get taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend Frank Perry to anyone looking to buy a car in a pressure-less environment.

Our salesman, Dave Hunt did a great job understanding what we were looking for and keeping an eye on the inventory of used certified dealer cars for sale. We were looking for a 2015 Honda Civic because we liked the body style more than the newer models. Within a few months Dave notified us of a Silver Gray Civic with on 14,500 miles. We bought this car and the purchase was hassle free. We bought our prior car (2010 Honda Civic) from Hyannis Honda and have been very satisfied with the maintenance service. They are a top notch dealer and run a very professional operation.

Hyannis HONDA is amazing! I am proud to be among its pleased clients who not only buy their vehicles at the dealership but who also receive quality service when needed. ! A call that I initially thought was too good to be true was actually TRUE! Every detail of my experience was guided by a professional team that began with a call from Connie, an incredible offer from Jasen, and a comprehensive transition to a brand new 2018 CRV provided by Peter! What a team! Peter took extra time to explain every detail, settings, “bells and whistles “ of my new car. His enthusiasm and attention to my questions made this experience a 5 star event! The trade, registration, new plates, contract and more went smoothly and I drove my fabulous new car home the same day! No pressure! No idle promises! I received all that I was offered and more. HONDA, you and your staff ROCK!!!

We don't do many reviews but; I felt it necessary to do one for Stephanie Cannon. She made my service experience with Hyannis Honda truly spectacular. She took a lot of the guesswork out and Made the process truly simple. When in for an oil change and was offered a complementary vehicle inspection. Stephanie and her team found some small maintenance items that have not been completed yet ; quickly informed me and my partner. Her team was able to complete the work in a timely manner. I'm truly grateful for the time and care that she and her team took with me and my partner's Honda. If you're in the Cape Cod area and own a Honda or any other vehicle you have to see Stephanie Cannon for all your service needs!!!!

Buying my first car was an intimidating experience but Peter made it all easy to understand and a painless experience. I felt like he worked with me to find something that suited me and was able to get me into a car that I love. He made himself available and was never hard to get in contact with. I would definitely work with him in the future again. Very pleased!
