30/50 Amp hookups, full or just electric/water - whatever you need. A lovely playground with a large play structures, a large sandbox and two swing sets. Full laundry (coin-operated washer/dryer) service on site. Showers and bathrooms are gender-specific and spotlessly clean. Dump station if needed and multiple trash dumpsters. Pet friendly for dogs and cats. The office has a little store with limited food and camping necessities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Denver area!

Great place! Have stayed here on occasion and a great place to get your RV skirted. Clean bathrooms, friendly manager and a nice kids play area and lots of room to walk dogs. Lots of room for extra parking and more. The RV will be warm this winter.

Run down and old but tolerable if they have a spot for an overnight stop. The park is populated with transient construction workers.

I really want to say that the people that run this park are A-1 by me. I have been very impressed with the human understanding that the manager and her employees exhibit in their jobs. They sound rough at first but if you have experience in what goes on in RV parks that Managers etc have to go through with some renters then you would understand what in reality is going on. She vets people but if you are patient she really is a diamond in the rough. Don't be scared and she comes through when you are at the end of your options. 5 stars
