I am in the process of looking for a new vehicle and I am very interested in a Toyota 4 Runner. I’ve heard wonderful things about Mountain State Toyota as a few of my friends have purchased from there, so I decided to make it my very first stop. Having said that, this review is purely on a first time visit impression. This does not mean that I will not return because I am genuinely interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I arrived mid afternoon where it was decently busy but I saw several associates sitting in golf carts at the entrance to the building and driving around. I walked around for a good 20-30 minutes looking at different vehicles but not once was I approached by someone. I then went inside of the building to see if I could find and informational pamphlet for specific vehicle to take with me but I could not find one. I asked someone where I could find one and they responded with “you just need to walk around and find one, they’re spread out”. So I did and I yet could not find one. Good 10 minutes I spent looking. I asked a second associate and got the exact same response. I felt completely dismissed. I will not mention any names as I do not want anyone to be reprimanded for this. I believe customer service should be a priority across an entire store and all departments. Like I mentioned above, this does not mean I will not return. This was just my first visit experience. Had a great experience here a few years ago when we bought a RAV4, so we went back recently when we were in the market for a new vehicle. What I really like is the no pressure sales approach. Patrick Erickson was great. Friendly, nice, knowledgeable - he answered all our questions, showed us options and all without any pressure to buy. I also liked how quickly they got everything done. All the waiting and negotiating can be stressful and take all the fun out of getting a new car. But this place was different. We had looked online and emailed them - we got a great price on the vehicle. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely buy from them again!

I took my Tacoma in for service work on 3/22/18 and as usual, was treated very well by the personnel at Mountain States. Scott Jarrett was my service rep and he did a great job of explaining the costs & time involved for the service work. He was part of an overall friendly staff which made me quite comfortable in the waiting area. My vehicle was done on time and delivered with a car wash. This experience is indicative of all the service appointments I've had at Mountain States over the past 9 years. Great place to service your Toyota!

After getting my time and patience wasted away at another dealership I went to Mountain States Toyota. I met a salesman by the name of Mo, he was very knowledgeable in took me directly to the vehicle I was looking for. After a quick test drive we went inside to go over the pricing, This is where it got easy for me. Mo's starting Pricing on the Tacoma I was looking for was way under the 3 other quotes I had previously received. His starting price was lower then the price I tried to negotiate at the other Toyota dealer. They made it easy and fun to buy my new truck thanks Mountain States

Doug Morlan assisted me in purchasing a new vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and my new car! The staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my decisions and budget. I never felt pressured into a purchase and everyone in the sales process had my best interests at heart. I have previously serviced my car here and once again, I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service that I have received at this dealership. I would highly recommend Mountain States for both service and sales.
