went there on 4/25/18 for info, map, and units for sale, approximately noonish. whoever the lady was that was working, was an ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of other locations, so I don't care.

Love everything about this place! Where to start? As soon as you walk in there you see the office nice and clean. Well organized as well as welcomed by the manager and staff. All my questioned were well answered and the manager did a phenomenal job of explaining every question I had or any information. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a new place to call home.

This park management has raised the rate by 40 dollars but they do nothing to add or keep up the community. The baby pool was closed all summer, the playground sucks, a lot of the street lamps are out. Honestly to pay 839.00 dollars a month in LOT RENT is insane!!!! People live in trailers because they are poor if you're ripping them off at least do a little something with the money for the community.

I was planning on coming to the "open house" on Saturday 2/11 from 10 am to 3 pm.  As I drove up a road, I saw no signage for the open house.  The homes I did see we not very well kept.  Several of the trailers had no skirting around the base.

I made my way back to the sales office, which had a sign OPEN, but the doors were locked.  I waited a bit figuring the sales people were out showing homes.  There should have been a sign posted saying they were out of the office and an approximate time they would be back or a phone number to call. 

This is one area I will not be coming back to when I'm ready to move.
