Sometimes I park here while I'm grocery shopping at food basics, other times I use it instead of the crowded LCBO parking lot. I've never got a ticket when I didn't pay. Sometimes they charge $5 for parking if there's an event at the K-Rock centre, but if you tell them you're buying groceries they will let you in without paying.

Great parking lot. Except when you get towed

Kind of a funny mixed-purpose lot, serves Food Basics + the arena + the justice building. They redesigned it to cram more cars in, so the rows are tight, lines of sight aren't great, and the entrances are awkward.
