I used to live in a house by him for many years. Well, in May of 2010 the flood came, and destroyed the house. Everything was ruined. The water was about 8 feet into the house. The city of Nashville wanted it to be destroyed, but apparently Barrett bought it back from them before they could. This man literally REPAINTED the house and then rented it to someone, when it's full of mold!!! It was moldy before, but I'm sure it's worse now. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE THIS COMPANY RENTS OUT!!!!!!

Very friendly staff here. They are also bi-lingual. I came to fill out an application a week ago. I was not able to submit due to rental requirements, but the guy was friendly and invited me back. Some reviews mention a rude woman when they called for information. I spoke to a nice lady. May come soon.

Very rude and unprofessional.  First they told me that I didn't meet the requirements.  Then I was told I had tobe willing to pay four months rent in advance plus the security deposit in order to be considered.
