I wish that google offered a negative 5 stars. I have not been living in my property a year and I honestly have no idea why Gasser receives any money, because they do not manage propertied whatsoever. Collect checks from property owners - YES. Provide any type of service to property owners - NO. They do absolutely NOTHING. I sincerely would tell anyone if they are going to purchase a property where Gasser is the HOA, do not buy it. I don't care how much you love it. Gasser will frustrate you from their lack of responses, no follow up and simply unprofessional on how they do not follow up with customers. You will find yourself spending a lot of your time on your job trying to follow up with them and get them to respond to issues. I have even been told to email the owner, Emery, for 2 particular issues. I placed my name, address and concern in the subject line as instructed so that it makes it easier for Emery when going through emails.  He doesn't even respond back. If the owner has a lack of customer service/professionalism what does that tell you? One of my  issues was reported almost a month ago and the other about 2 months ago.  In my opinion, Gasser Property Management has been able to handle the HOA for various communities and they are basically getting free checks because they do nothing. There really should be some legal measures for a company who takes money from people and pretends to manage properties, but who does absolutely nothing.

How do I even contact these people? I just need an address to mail my HOA fees since it's not anywhere on the coupon book. It says "call cannot be completed" when I call their office, and if I try to send a message through their website it errors out.

Could not agree more with the other reviews… Zero follow up on multiple requests… Zero respond to multiple phone calls and emails…

Oh my good I am calling since 3 weeks an leave messages for callback and nobody there returned the call. They are sending letters with wrong facts an don’t even talk. The Funny thing on their website they have the slogan "We are family treating customers like family.” If I see this I would never want to be part of their family if they treat each other like this LOl

Gasser Property Management literally does nothing for our neighborhood. We've had an issue with a drug house for several months and the police are now called every day because of illegal / scary behavior. The police say they can't do anything then direct us to our HOA, who doesn't acknowledge our calls or emails. I will not be paying my dues until this problem is resolved.
