Went for the free Santa Claus picture. We had to wait for an hour before getting picture done but I was expecting that and as long as you get your ticket ahead of time you'll be fine. The wait for the kids is the hardest part. The store itself looked nice and the staff was great. The wonderland area was beautiful!! I'll go back again if need to get a pic with 🎅

We took our son to meet Santa for free and it was very fun for him. It's rare to find such a nice place still doing things for free for children. I could spend a entire day in BPS shopping for many things. I visit when my son wants to see the fish and all the animals and he never wants to leave. A+

Main manager definitely does not like minorities. Unlike cabelas. I have never seen ANY minorities work there. And I can speak from experience at working at the customer service desk that he says racist remarks towards customers. Corporate knows about it but they won't do anything. I would spend my money elsewhere. The employees are nice. Must the Manager. That's a different story.

They were amazing at getting my daughter to smile with Santa. She was very unsure about it and her first picture looked like she was mad or plotting something. But the friendly elf got her to smile the second time and even sit on Santa's lap. Great job Bass Pro shop. :)

It's an amazing store full of items that you can fill up your wish list for the outdoors men.... Includes a restaurant with strange platter names. Check Uncle Bucks out for yourself. I enjoyed the candy by the checkout area.
