Dropped off my 20 year old Trek Y Five O here for some new tires and a tune up. They were super helpful and friendly with me. Will definitely be coming back again for anything bike related. Very nice store and lots of bikes to look at.

Excellent customer care, service, and fantastic selection of saddles and bike bags. I drove in all the way from Manhattan, KS and would certainly make the trip again for any biking need. Two thumbs way up!

I visited the store several times before ultimately purchasing a new bike and the staff was always happy to see me and eager to help.  Tyler Carroll  at the Overland Park store provided excellent advice and has tremendous knowledge of their products and cycling in general.  Thank you for making the buying experience as fun as my new bike!

UPDATE: After seeing my review, they called me and wanted to make it right.  I took the bike in and they fixed it and checked the bike over and made several adjustments.  Would've liked it done right the first time, but in the end they did a good job. 

ORIGINAL:  Friendly staff, but don't fully stand behind their bikes.  Bought my son a bike late last season and after few short rides the front axle nut fell off.  They would not cover replacement under the warranty.  Given how quickly it fell off (you can still see the new tire nubs in the pic), I question the quality of their workmanship as they assembled the bike. I guess we're just lucky the axle and wheel did not come completely off and injure my son.

Purchased a new bike from this location this year and it was an excellent experience. The sales team was happy to walk me through the process! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again!
