Would not recommend this place. First off about a year and half ago we bought a sectional, the salesman said it was great quality and would last for years. Wrong, called the furniture store and said they can’t do anything about it. Well thought I would give them a second chance recently. Went in and was talking about what happened during our first visit. He said let me talk to management to see what we can do to make it right. They said they would send out a service man to check the couch. During that time we find a dining room table that we really liked, we bought it and went to pay and was told it was in stock. But it would take 2 weeks to deliver, which we where okay with that. Until they had the wrong address twice, finally we got the address right. I took off work and already got rid of old table, called day of delivery and the table was damaged and said they couldn’t find the base. Told us they could deliver the chairs but, the table could take 3-4 weeks to come in. Husband told them to keep the chairs and we would never come back. In the mean time the service man called us to schedule a service to look at couch 3 weeks later. The worst part management never to call to apologize. Bad service all the way around.

My wife and I have shopped at the Furniture Mall of Kansas on multiple occasions, and we’ve always had the most pleasant experience while there. The staff is friendly, eager to help, and is knowledgeable regarding their inventory (and if they don’t know, they’re quick to find an answer). They have something for everyone, from low-to-high price points, and everyday name brands to custom-made furniture... they also carry Amish-made furniture. Drop in the next time you’re in the market for some new furniture... you won’t be disappointed!

Our first visit today proved to be a great idea. We were welcomed to the store with fresh baked cookies and directed to a nice young man named Jason who went out of his way to help us find the pieces we were looking for. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store as well as the very helpful store personnel. This store deserves 5 stars.

We had a great experience. Trent and John were super helpful! They spent time helping us create a complete look in our living room and we are excited to see the final product. The quality of the furniture and price made the decision to purchase easy. The staff and store were warm and inviting. I’m sure we will shop at The Furniture Mall of Kansas again.

It is so overpriced. I’ve literally found the exact same piece at Nebraska or Furniture Deal for half the price. Exact same brand, exact same piece. Nice store, the cookies are good or whatever, but if you’re buying furniture here, you’re getting ripped off... sorry to say it. Still give three stars because the employees are very nice and the store itself is nice.
