One of the larger Best Buys in the area. Store was clean, and everything was well organized on the shelves. I had a couple associates ask if I needed help, and they were very polite. My only complaint would be the parking lot and access areas...the store is easy to see, but getting to it is not intuitive.

It's almost strange to still have a place with so much product you can see and touch. I shop at Costco, online or small/local so Best Buy is a novelty, but they allow for hands on comparison shopping across an impressive mix of products. They also have a nice vinyl section. Not sure I'll go once they move to Red Rose Commons.

I ordered a Samsung 65 inch curved 8 series on Feb 4. (Superbowl Sunday) I purchased the TV. for 1299.00 the order was confirmed and guaranteed order would be ready for pick up in 1 hr. When I showed up the TV was brought up but the store system was still stating the order was in process. The staff on Duty attempted to call their help desk but was unsure why the system was showing the message. After 1hr. and no call for management assistance, i grew impatient and was frustrated I had to move my party to another location. I was assured I would get a follow up phone call within 24hrs, and I would be given confirmation to pick up. I called today to follow up to confirm and speak with management regarding my issue and I was told the TV was ready for pick up Sunday but they failed to give me a call and the order was cancelled and it would take 48 to 72 hours for refund to reflect on my credit card. When asked why there was no phone call the manager stated there is was no way to confirm a phone call was promised and nothing could be done. They are non commissioned based and no discount or store credit could be given for poor customer service. I ask myself, is this the reason consumers shop online so we save ourselves from having to deal with great customer service? AMAZON just stole another sale!!!!!!!

Shame I couldn't give a negative #. This is the worst place EVER to buy computer. Mine not even 3 mo. old when I had to bring in for repairs. They sent it out on Jan 3, never bothered to call & keep me updated. Had to call them twice to get any info. Then they finally say it will take 5 more days to get it back. Come on this a.m for 10:40 appt. It is now 1:16. Computer is in worse shape now than when I brought it in. They also lost my charging cord.

I think today was my first Best Buy experience. The store's at&t representative was SO nice and helpful. If you get him you will be pleased! And, as he pointed out only after I bought a cell phone, they don't work on commission, so they will try to help get the phone that's best for you, not push the most expensive one on you. A well pleased new customer
