My experience with Bassett has always been a great one. Laura Murray has always been able to help with any question we may have, knows her inventory, great suggestions and always cheerfully helps. Purchases have arrived in proper condition and at the designated time. Any issues have been promptly addressed. I am looking forward to Bassett's great service in the future.

Very nice new store in WLR and I stopped by today looking for a couch. The associate that helped me asked me what I was looking for and what my price range was. I told her a pretty high amount, which she must have misheard, as she immediately turned her head to the side and made some kind of face and exasperated sound. It struck me as odd, and very rude, but I continued on. When she told me the total I said that was fine and she said oh I thought you said this amount. I said no, you mustt have misheard me. I point blank asked if the face and sound she made were because of the low amount she *thought* I told her. She said yes that's why I made the face. WOW! I guess it's ok to be blatantly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive to people because they don't have a lot of money to spend. I would absolutely never take my business here.
