I just purchased my second mattress from Hanks and couldn't be happier! Aaron did an amazing job at showing me exactly what I was looking for and making my purchase quick and easy. I Have checked out tons of other furniture stores and found Hanks to have the best quality and prices.

Beware, the furniture doesn’t last. We bought a couch from here 2 years ago this month. It’s just my husband and I who are both normal weight. The bottom of the couch has completely broken. After calling to see about getting it fixed I spoke to a lady who very nice. She told me it wasn’t under warranty but they had a maintenance man who could come out and fix it. She told me the cost and said someone would call and come out Sat or Mon. Tues comes and goes and no call. Since we can’t use our couch my husband calls on Tues evening and speaks to the same lady who then tells us they don’t have a maintenance man any more ( I guess she did think to call us and let us know that?) She was going to talk to her manager and call us back. It’s Thurs and still no call. It’s not worth buying a $900 couch that will only last 2 years. Buy better quality furniture.

**UPDATE!!! I am now a return customer! At the time of purchasing my mattress I decided to shop around for the frame. Today, I decided to return to Hank's for a frame and again was a pleased customer! Hank's customer service and staff goes above and beyond expectation. Also, I was able to squeeze in this errand over my lunch break. No gimmicks, added pressure or fine print, just great customer service. 

 Zac and Aaron were so helpful. I was hesitant to shop today for a mattress, I hate sales reps with their pushy sales techniques. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful, he let me shop alone and then answered all of my questions when I had them.  Dare I say it, he made shopping fun.

Amazing experience at Hank’s. I hate furniture shopping more than surgery at the Dentist’s office, but I had an awesome experience shopping at Hank’s. If you go, ask for Zac and Aaron and they will help you out without being overbearing. Both were fantastic to work with.

I went to Hanks Fine Furniture at 5704 Warden RD Sherwood AR,  Meet with Sales Associate Aaron Sera, excellent representive for this organization. He is the reason we purchased our furniture at this store.  We have visted other stores and other Hanks stores, he along with the other staff made it a very comfortable environment.   I would recommend this store and sales representative to others needing to purchase furniture.
