I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today at La-Z-Boy was so amazing I just had to. I went in looking for a nice white rug for my bedroom. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted with a smile and friendly "Can I help you find anything today?" from the saleswoman, Gabi. She immediately took me over to the rugs. I showed her pictures of my room and explained how I wanted a white rug for the area. After a few minutes of ACTUALLY HELPING ME LOOK, Gabi showed me a light grey rug that matched PERFECTLY with my comforter. I was astonished at how she took what I wanted into account and showed me the white rug options, but was able to give me another suggestion on what may look good in my room. The rug looks great and I will definitely be going back to Gabi.

We have bought lots of furniture from this La-Z-boy store and every time we have come into the store we are always greeted first and then left alone when we want to look around. They are never pushy. They do let you know of all your different  options on what you get and if you need it changed it can be done. Michael  Caple was our salesman and he was very cordial and informative but never pushy. He actually listened to us. We will always come back to this store. We have visited many stores but this one is by far the best in service and furniture.  Thank you La-Z-boy and Michael! Everyone at Lazy Boy is courteous and accommodating. We ordered several pieces from Rick, who is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Kennon is our designer, very impressed with his ideas. I am a "can't vision anything" sort of person and he has helped me tremendously!!  I will do a follow up on this post, when all is delivered and in place.

HAD a very good experience at Lazy Boy Furniture store. Our salesman Roger was very nice and helpful!!! I have looked for recliners at many places and your store had the best ones for the price!!! Thank you.

Great experience.  Well informed staff.  Nice selection.  Would get 5 stars if they'd had my choice in stock or let me buy the floor model.
