Patty bought a chest at the North Little Rock store and it was on the showroom floor the salesman lifted the lid to show her how it worked no problems. Delivered it to the house a few days later we unwrap it and the top is torn off. We did buy it as is but the top was not torn off I want it the way we bought it. I will not buy anything else from them ever again. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

On January 12, 2018 I went into the Furniture Row Store in NLR, Arkansas I was greeted by the Sale Person Mr. Paul for Denver Mattress and Jermery for Furniture Row. Both sale person were very knowledgeable about the store merchandise and the different purchase options I could choose from. I initially came into purchase an Queen size Mattress with foundation Set and a Chest for my older son's bed room. However after looking around the store I changed my mind on getting the chest and got 2 Wool rugs and the Queen size Mattress Set, as my final sale choice. I just wanted to say they made my shopping experience OUTSTANDINGLY WONDERFUL.... THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU

I give Five Stars to Furniture Row and their North Little Rock in-store employees they made me and my fiansee feel so welcome and trusting and they almost made want to buy everything..Which I did furnish our whole house "For a reasonable Price".. As for the movers Casey, Albert and the cute one Charlie...They did an Awesome job not scratching my floors or the walls "And" they all were so we'll mannered.. I would recommend Furniture Row and there Patient, Hard Working Movers to anyone..---THANKS TO YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS!!😁😘😁😘😁😁
