I purchased a couch. 4 stars for the couch itself. We are enjoying it so far. My salesman was Rob. He was a nice guy. This was my first time buying new furniture on my own. I did not find the experience an enjoyable one. Overall: high delivery fees ($90 for a single piece), did not assemble the couch, lack a customer-friendly exchange process, distant (near Scott) and limited warehouse pickup hours (closed on Sundays/Mondays and close at 6pm the days they are open). 2 stars for the exchange process. Unfortunately, it's not the Hank's my parents bought furniture at back in the day anymore.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from Hank’s over the years and have always been very pleased. This past summer I purchased a couch, two chairs and an ottoman. With NO fault of Hank’s, unfortunately we had some issues with the fabric on all pieces. I thought I would go out in a limb and see if Hank’s would do anything to help us out. Well, they went over and above to make sure the issue was taken care of. Kaycie our customer service rep was so very helpful and friendly and kept me constantly informed. And our salesman Rick was VERY courteous, helpful and apologetic for any inconvenience. Hank’s will continue to receive my business because of the quality of their products and the customer service they provide. Thank you Hank’s!

I have known of Hanks Fine Furniture of West Little Rock for almost 2 years and I can say that their selection, quality and price are among the top in the industry. Recently bought a home and decided to trust Hanks with the furnishing of it. So…. One night we walked in and Callie immediately took charge of our project, she really worked high and low to: one, mind our budget, two serve expert interior designer between our clashing decor styles and three worked promptly to make sure everything worked around our schedules, making it one of the most pleasant experiences from all the stresses that the home buying process could throw at you. Strongly recommend to anyone, really knows her stuff, her product and her company.

Great prices and friendly service! My husband and I loved our experience at this location. Callie helped us select the perfect living room furniture for our family. They were able to deliver quickly and the delivery guys (Alan and Mike) were professional and friendly. We will do business with Hank’s again.

The only reason at this point that I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to sales gimmicks that hurt the customer. We have been looking at furniture for a good year or more. We looked at prices two days before Christmas and then came for New Years thinking that the sale prices would be even better, or with the addition of sales tax paid. Well, much to our dismay, sales tax was paid BUT they RAISED the prices from a few days prior!! Wow. I’m sure it’s a common practice. Stores always come out ahead, not the customer. And furniture has a HUGE markup. So definitely haggle and never pay sticker price. We sat on every couch in town and decided that the one at Hanks was still our favorite BY FAR because of how comfortable it is. We have purchased our previous living room furniture, kitchen table, two mattresses, our son’s bed, and a sofa sleeper from Hanks. We have been happy with everything. Just wish we would have known that we COULD have negotiated the price on all those items! We have dealt with a few different sales people, but this most recent time was James at the Little Rock/Bowman location. He was kind, and patient with us...acting as the middle man between his boss and my husband as we negotiated. (Of course Hanks still came out ahead and made plenty of money) but we are THRILLED with our Franklin brand furniture. Seriously it’s Soooo comfortable!! I hope it holds up well. It doesn’t seem like the Guardian protection we paid for was actually applied, but we are taking them at their word. We have proof we paid for that obviously if some sort of stain won’t come out.
