Really RUDE service at this location. Cashier that rang me up, think her name was Kelani, had an attitude the entire time. Didn't take my coupon that I get regularly from BBWs emails and gave me a dirty look when I didn't purchase the item that was supposed to be free with my coupon. During this I could see another employee busy texting on their phone on the sales floor. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I've never had a problem with any other Bath & Body Works until I visited the Emeryville location. I ordered a few things online and received someone else's order just a week before Christmas. I didn't mind the mishap I understand things happen. The website said all returns could be handled at the store and considering it wasn't my fault I thought this would be the easiest for all parties. My order was pretty small but they sent me 7 three wick candles...the box was heavy and awkward. I paid for parking at the mall, walked to the other end where the store was and asked the first employee if they would be able to help me just to make sure. She of course had no idea. I waited in line only a few minutes. Get to the front and she asks her manager what to do. She says well you'll have to talk to customer support online to return it. I said well I just wanted to get my stuff quicker since this wasn't my fault and online it said I could return online. She then repeats exactly what she just said like I was dumb. I carry the box back to my car and have to start the whole process with an online customer support agent, which is not being handled fully either. Needless to say I didn't appreciate the lack of willingness to help or the fact that the employees were uninformed and rude! Unnecessary I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary.
