Workers are always nice even new workers being trained for seasonal employment. BR is a step or two above old navy and gap and quality is a little better. Dressing room are clear of hangers and debris. No funky smell or odor emitting from them. Return policy is useful as I seldom return anything. In and out by dropping $135 in clothing, but will last through numerous washing before any sign of fading.

It's either a hit-or-miss at this particular store. I've gotten some really good deals here before, but it just depends on what they have in store/season at the time. They very often have ongoing sales off their regularly-priced or even sale/clearance items (there will be a sign outside saying whether they do or not), so I don't find it worth going on the rare occasions when there aren't any deals.

Prices notwithstanding, you'll find this a pretty typical BR store!

Friendly staff in the dressing area and also when picking up online orders. I like their clothes.
